Hi, I’m Coach Hall,

Most folks that know me would say that I'm a Happy Guy. However as a young man, a colleague of mine called me Smiley. Not because I smiled, I didn't. In my 20's most of the time I looked depressed and too serious. Sure I laughed at times but in general I wasn't happy. I buried myself into my work and had difficulty in relationships. In 1989 I met someone and got married 4 months later. In 1992 I had my first child and in 1994 my second son was born. I believed life was going well. But in 1996, everything fell apart. My general malaise was greater than the awards of being a great advertising executive and being a father. I was working up to 20 hours a day most of the beginning of 1996. In April my body mind and spirit couldn't handle the stress of life. So when an issue came up about money...BOOM...I lost it. I began to laugh like never before. Problem was I couldn't stop laughing. The other problem was that nothing was funny and I wasn't happy at all. I was lost and full of fear. It took eight years to turn my life back around after that faithfull day. During that time I learned much about chemistry and the mind. Doctors and gave me about a dozen pharmaceuticals designed to make me feel better. It didn't work. So I looked outside the traditional methods of mental health and began studying CBT and NLP to name two of the many things I studied. I also found that back actively doing different types of things and creating better thoughts that I started to feel better. I began to master these things and found myself being happy like never before. For the past two decades I have researched and found proven science backed studies that support the idea that you can use your mind and the power of neuroscience plus activities to become Happy Now, Tomorrow and Forever.
